I've recently got back on a streetbike after dislocating my shoulder on my KX450. Last Thursday I had a mild ride on a ZX-14, and last night I got on my longterm Hayabusa.
My shoulder has felt a bit "loose" though, so I got a brace from EVS (www.evs-sports.com) and it's added a great bit of confidence. It's only $50 and is supposed to help hold the shoulder in place—so far so good!
