I'll start this blog off with a quick joke.

I recently realized I have a drinking problem. I have two hands and only one mouth. Ok that was bad.

I've tried every type of glove from long to short and made of the skin off of various dead animals.

The Alpinestars AFX gloves were my favorite and here's why....

- I took these gloves to Malaysia and rode in 90 degree heat and 90% humidity. I also rode with these gloves a winter ride to Vegas where the temps were in the low 20s.

- They go with any jacket. The all black color matches perfectly and the shot cuff fits under the sleeves.

- The gel in the palms is the best part of the gloves. On those funky custom bike billet grips, it keeps the rough surface from transferring to the palms. On aggressive bikes like the 2009 Ducati 848, even when you are hunched over it takes the strain off.

- They still look brand new! The palms look a little worn, but otherwise they show no signs of wear, tearing or fading.

- They only cost $49!!!!!!

I recommend these gloves for the riders who like short cuff gloves. They are very versatile and a great bargain.
