Disaster narrowly avoided

Nail in long term 2009 Ducati 848

 A total tragedy to human kind was narrowly avoided this morning by mere seconds.

 Ok. That's a bit of an exaggeration, but I did get a nail in the tire on my long term 2009 Ducati 848.

If this should ever happen to you, stop immediately and don't "try and make it". Think about it. A blown tire on a motorcycle is 50 percent of your rubber. Don't risk it.

So my Dunlop Qualifier tires will be retired early I guess. Time for some new shoes.
