One of the West Coast's best asphalt playgrounds for motorcyclists has always been the Angeles Crest highway. Some cruise it, some practically race on it but all two-wheelers enjoy it.
But riders ascending the mountain roads have had to turn around as they near the top due to the road being closed. Well not anymore, the 17 mile stretch of road that's been closed since 2005 will re-open Wednesday.
But remember, ride safe up there because too many people make illegal U-turns in the street without looking!
