2009 Honda DN-01 Review

While my long-term 2009 Ducati 848 is getting fresh rubber, I decided to try out something different. Way different.

I rode the 2009 Honda DN-01 home last night.

 Is it a scooter? Is it a sportbike? Is it cruiser? What the hell is it?

To be honest, after riding, I'm still not entirely sure.

For starters, you sit in the middle of the bike. The front end feels a million miles away with long bars that stretch back.

It looks like they took a sportbike and stretched it out in photoshop.

It handles like... well a scooter and has as much power as my Toyota Camry. I was afraid to split lanes from the size and lack of power.

And to be honest, I just didn't feel cool riding it.

Highlights:
* Different
* Single-sided swingarm
* Easy to use automatic

Lows:
* SLOW
* Expensive
* Not cool
