Commuting on a Motorcycle

 I parked the 2009 Kawasaki ZX-10R for the night and instead threw a leg over the 2009 Ducati Streetfighter we have at the office....

 I attended the press intro, but it was all track riding. So, quick impressions from the commute:

On the street the bike offers more power than I expected, and the brakes are far above what should be available to consumers. By that I mean they're extremely powerful and only require a single finger tap, much like a superbike racer. This is a lot different than most people are used to, believe me!

The riding position is comfortable, but the rear shock felt very wallowy and soft. I'm gonna look into that before the next ride.
