What would you do?
A guy passed me on the way to work and his stock undertail (license plate hanger, turn signals, etc) was flapping around. The same cat passed me a few weeks back and I noticed it then too.
I was going to speed up to point it out, but figured it wasn't worth risking a 95 mph ticket to tell a dude about something so obvious...surely he knew?
What would you have done?
