EX500s wanted for Super Streetbike Magazine Feature

We're doing a used bike review on the EX500/Ninja 500R (all years) and want to hear about your ownership experience...

 If anyone is interested in getting you and your Kawi into the magazine, please send me a few high-res pics in addition to filling out the template below. We prefer pics of you and your bike (so riding, washing, standing or anything is perfect).
