I attended the 2009 Dub Show in San Bernadino, California over the weekend. For a down economy there was a lot of money being flaunted there.

Even with a ticket price of $20, there was a couple thousand people in attendance. People spend a lot of money fixing up motorcycles, but the car guys take it to a another level.

There wasn't a car there that didn't have at least $10K in accessories. Most seem to average around $20-30K. There was even a few $100K cars with another $100K in accessories!

I hope the bottom of the recession is over and we can get back to spending money. They car guys have.
