2009 Ducati Streetfighter Review

I've been riding around on a white and pink bike for the last couple of days and feeling a bit unmanly. So last night I decided to take the 2009 Ducati Streetfighter home. It was not pretty.

 My longterm 2009 Ducati 848 was one of my favorite bikes of all time. It was comfortable, fast and a great freeway commuter.

The Streetfighter was not however.

PROS: Cool looks
Fast
Rumble sounding exhaust
Best stock brakes I've ever felt

CONS: Weird power fluctuation at 4,500 RPMs
Exhaust kicks your foot off the peg
Can't see the dash without really hunting for it
Tall seat height (for me)

While the Streetfighter might be an awesome track and canyon brawler, I'll skip it for hitting the freeways on the way home.
