Today's traffic jam brought to you by...
Traffic was at a standstill for no reason other than someone was being issued a ticket on the side of the freeway. Within 100 feet of passing the scene the traffic picked right up to 65 mph.
I literally watched people ride their brakes and crane their necks sideways to get a good look. How bizarre...thankfully I was on a bike and relatively unaffected by it all!
